Hitman director Xavier Gens’ new sci-fi film, The Divide, has found its way to the web with a new teaser trailer. Considering shooting only commenced a week ago in Canada, the footage looks promising for this post-apocalyptic film. The Divide is about eight strangers who take refuge in the basement of their apartment after an apocalyptic explosion devastates New York City. The film features such stars as Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes, Gamer, Rocky Balboa), Michael Biehn, and Rosanna Arquette (Crash, Pulp Fiction).
The release date is tentatively set for 2011.
