The first official trailer for Michael Winterbottom‘s highly controversial Sundance film, The Killer Inside Me has premiered on Apple. The psychological drama stars Casey Affleck, Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba, Simon Baker, Bill Pullman, Ned Beatty and Elias Koteas. Check out the disturbing trailer below.
