The international trailer for the Robert Rodriguez-produced and Nimród Antal-directed Predators has made its way to the web.
The horror film, which stars Adrien Brody, Danny Trejo, Laurence Fishburne, and Topher Grace takes place on the Predator’s home planet and follows a group of elite warriors that come to the realization that they’ve been brought together as prey to be hunted by a new breed of Predators. This trailer gives us more of the story line that has been described previously but we had yet to see with the teaser trailers. Check out the trailer below.
Plot: PREDATORS, a bold new chapter in the Predator universe, shot under the creative auspices of Robert Rodriguez, stars Adrien Brody as Royce, a mercenary who reluctantly leads a group of elite warriors who come to realize they’ve been brought together on an alien planet… as prey. With the notable exception of a disgraced physician, they are all cold—blooded killers – mercenaries, Yakuza, convicts, death squad members – human “predators” that are now being systemically hunted and eliminated by a new breed of alien Predators.
Predators is set to be released July 9th, 2010.
