Though it may be in a current struggle to find distribution (reports indicate independent distributor Metropolitan may have defaulted on their distribution deal, which is never a good thing), Epoch Films has posted a teaser clip for the once (and potentially still) upcoming Jack Abramoff film Casino Jack, starring Kevin Spacey as the lobbyist and con man who swindled many people, from labor workers to Native American casino owners, out of millions of dollars. George Hickenlooper (Factory Girl), who is repped by Epoch Films, directed the project from a script by Norman Snider. The film’s not to be confused with Alex Gibney‘s recent Abramoff doc Casino Jack and the United States of Money.

It’s an impressive little taste of what a nasty Spacey can look like in top form. Let’s hope the film gets someone to release it.

What do you think of this clip? Are you excited for Casino Jack?
