A Dangerous Method, the next film from David Cronenberg, won’t be hitting theaters until later this month, but promotion on his following drama is already gearing up. We posted a first look from the set of Cosmopolis back in May, but new stills have finally arrived. Based on the novel by Don DeLillo, the film stars Robert Pattinson and Sarah Gadon in the story of a young multi-billionaire named Eric Parker who journeys across Manhattan in his luxurious, hi-tech stretch limo to get a haircut.

Following just one day in his life, the cast also includes Samantha Morton, Juliette Binoche, Paul Giamatti and Kevin Durand. Cronenberg recently premiered the first footage at Lisbon and Estoril Film Festival, so expect to get some reactions from that soon, but we also have footage from the panel there from Cosmopolis Film. Check it out below followed by stills above and below from a Pattinson fan site.

Cosmopolis will be scored by the Canadian indie rock band Metric but don’t expect a Sundance premiere for the film. In the meantime, check out A Dangerous Method on November 23rd, because even though I was disappointed in it, we still have a new Cronenberg film in theaters.

What do you think of these new stills? Could a Cannes premiere be in the works?
