It’s being reported by Mirror.co.uk that pop star Rihanna will be playing a dominatrix in The Last Dragon. The film is a remake of Barry Gordon‘s 1985 martial arts film. Samuel L. Jackson is said to be playing the lead.
News here is sketchy at best, however it doesn’t seem far fetched to say the least. Rihanna is a household name, and potential Hollywood eye candy so it isn’t hard for you to imagine that she would take a break from music to do feature films and The Last Dragon remake is definitely a film that she could fit into.
This is one of the few remakes that I’m actually okay with, and Rihanna wouldn’t be a bad start.
