IGN has released the first teaser for Tim Burton’s upcoming Alice in Wonderland remake. The first footage from the film was originally planned to be released later this week, but it looks like IGN released it early. Alice in Wonderland will be released in 3D on March 5th, 2010.
It looks like the standard Burton film, creepy and playful. Which is a good thing since he usually delivers a fun film when he goes that route. The look of the film looks great and the computer enhanced Tweedledee and Tweedledum especially look fantastic. It will be nice when the trailer is actually shown in 3D, it could possibly be attached to Disney’s animated film G-Force this friday. Also, while most seem unimpressed by Johnny Depp’s insane look as The Mad Hatter, I think he looks extremely fun in an over-the-top sense.
