Relativity Media is financing a massive undertaking: a sketch comedy flick with at least 17 directors and a number of big-named actors tied to it. The untitled comedy will be modeled after the legendary Kentucky Fried Movie, Deadline is reporting.

So far, directors have been putting together sketches with actors available, evidently tied in to a central theme.

Producer Ryan Kavanaugh has been peddling this one for some time and it appears to be coming together nicely, although it is currently without a distributor. Charles Wessler and John Pennoti are also producing.

A complete list of parties involved has not been revealed, as players are still coming and going, but there are a few big names tied to it: directors Pete Farrelly, Brett Ratner, Elizabeth Banks, Bob Odenkirk, and Griffith Dunne, and actors Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, Gerard Butler, Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber, Johnny Knoxville, Seann William Scott, Emma Stone, Matt Walsh, Tony Shalhoub, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Kieran Culkin, Chloe Moretz,  and Patrick Warburton.

Filming wraps up in May.
