After wading in serious territory with Defiance, Blood Diamond and The Last Samurai, director Edward Zwick is returning to rom-coms after his last effort with About Last Night…. in 1986. Love and Other Drugs stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway, Oliver Platt, Hank Azaria, Josh Gad, and Gabriel Macht. The trailer is pretty funny and it’s nice to see Gyllenhaal/Hathaway together again after Brokeback Mountain. Check out the trailer below via Apple.

Synopsis: Hathaway portrays Maggie, an alluring free spirit who won’t let anyone – or anything – tie her down.
