Today we have a trailer from Sean McGinly’s The Great Buck Howard starring John Malkovich and Colin Hanks. Check it out here:
The film is about a law school dropout who answers an advertisement to be a personal assistant. He unknowingly signs on to work for a belligerent has-been magician struggling to resurrect his career. This leads to a journey across the country staging the comeback of a lifetime.
The movie got pretty good reviews at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival. The trailer certainly looks interesting and I will see it, but I can’t say I’m looking forward to it all too much. The Great Buck Howard comes to theaters March 20th, 2009.
