When I was at Toronto International Film Festival last year the film was being screened as a work in progress, but I wasn’t able to see it. /Film reports that Scarlett Johansson’s directorial effort starring Kevin Bacon didn’t make the final cut, but will be included on the DVD alongside Andrei Zvyagintsev’s segment starring Carla Gugino and Goran Visnjic, which was also edited out of the theatrical version. Future films plan to feature Shanghai, Rio de Jainero, Berlin and Jerusalem. I enjoyed Paris, je t’aime but there were definitely some poor segments. I’m much more excited for this feature, as I’m currently living in NYC.

New York, I Love You hits theaters October 16th, 2009 alongside Where The Wild Things Are and The Road. Should be an amazing triple feature.
