After kicking off the fall festival, Venice Film Festival has now concluded with its awards ceremony. While one can read all of our reviews here, we have a list of the winner. Perhaps a surprise to many, From Afar (Desde allá) picked up the top prize of Golden Lion (see the trailer below), while Anomalisa nabbed the runner-up prize.

Brady Corbet walked away a big winner for his debut The Childhood of a Leader, which grabbed honors for directing and first film, while Beasts of No Nation newcomer Abraham Attah got an acting nod. Check out the full list below (via Cineuropa) and click titles for our coverage.
