Alright, so he may not have directed the film but Noah Baumbach has sole screenwriting credit on the third film in the Madagascar saga. The Greenberg director has helped out on studio films like Tower Heist, but he must have had a good experience on Fantastic Mr. Fox, because he is back for animation seconds here.
The crew went back to Africa last time and now they head to Europe in this incarnation. I actually found the first films to have a fun, off-kilter vibe and Baumbach may be the one to push it a little further here. Directed by Eric Darnell (who gave us the others & Antz), one can see the trailer below via Yahoo for the film featuring voicework by Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith, David Schwimmer and Sacha Baron Cohen.
