Update: Watch the trailer here.

Now that the White House invasion actioner Olympus Has Fallen has hit theaters (and is perhaps more successful than we would have imagined), 2013’s other White House invasion actioner is gearing up its marketing for a summer release. Coming from Sony, we’ve now got the first three teaser posters for White House Down, coming from Moviefone.

Directed by Roland Emmerich, who returns to action mode following his Shakespeare drama Anonymous, the posters will likely feel familiar to anyone that has visited Washington, D.C.. Featuring the United States Capitol building, the Washington Monument, as well as our titular President’s home, chances are you’ve snapped some pics similar to these on vacation. While our main cast of Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jason Clarke, Richard Jenkins and James Woods aren’t present, check back for the trailer tonight, where we’re confident they will make an appearance.

Update: Check out the fourth teaser poster below featuring Tatum.

Synopsis:

Capitol Policeman John Cale (Channing Tatum) has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx). Not wanting to let down his little girl with the news, he takes her on a tour of the White House, when the complex is overtaken by a heavily armed paramilitary group. Now, with the nation’s government falling into chaos and time running out, it’s up to Cale to save the president, his daughter, and the country.

White House Down opens on June 28th.
