Fans of the original 1986 version of About Last Night, an under-appreciated rom-com starring Rob Lowe and Demi Moore, may be happy to hear that Screen Gems are thinking about remaking it. [EW]

Okay, so there’s no script at the moment, and there are no actors involved or a director attached, but still, it’s development news people! Based on the 1974 David Mamet play, Sexual Perversity in Chicago, the original About Last Night was directed by Edward Zwick and co-starred James Belushi and Elizabeth Perkins. After handling the grander scope with Glory, The Last Samurai, and Blood Diamond, Zwick recently returned to this genre with Love and Other Drugs.
