Zac Efron is reuniting with 17 Again director Burr Steers, who was behind the excellent Igby Goes Down, with Charlie St. Cloud. It is written by Craig Pearce (Moulin Rouge!, Romeo + Juliet, and Strictly Ballroom) and Lewis Colick (Ladder 49, October Sky) based on the popular novel by Ben Sherwood. The film also stars Amanda Crew, Donal Logue, Charlie Tahan, Kim Basinger and Ray Liotta.
This second trailer is a bit better than the first and it looks to have some pretty decent drama in there. I have faith that Efron can do more than just what he is typecast as, especially with Steers at the helm. Check out the trailer below via Yahoo.
