This iconic cinematographer behind such classics as The Red Shoes, The African Queen and Black Narcissus has received much-deserved documentary treatment. Jack Cardiff became the first director of photography in the history of the Academy Awards to win an Honorary Oscar in 2001. We gave Craig McCall‘s doc a mixed review at New York Film Festival last year, but now you can see it for yourself this month.
