Update: The distributors have confirmed the Netflix listing is incorrect and the film won’t be released on that platform until this spring. See the original story below.

We’re indeed in an ever-shifting marketplace when the next drama led by Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth can be going straight-to-Netflix, but that looks to be the case, to an extent. The streaming service, who recently released their slate of October debuts, will be premiering their psychological thriller Before I Go to Sleep on the platform on October 31st, along with a limited theatrical release.

From Brighton Rock director Rowan Joffe, the film is based on S.J. Watson‘s novel and follows Kidman as a woman who suffers from instant memory loss. Mark Strong is also part of the cast as her doctor, who helps Kidman slowly realize that her husband (Firth) is not who she thinks he is. While the film’s already hit U.K., a new trailer has now landed for the U.S. release, along with a batch of clips, all of which can be see below.
