There wasn’t a snowball’s chance in hell that the one trailer for the upcoming dark Klown would be the subversive red band one. As expected, Drafthouse Films have now released a theatrical, green band trailer that still packs a punch, opting for a montage-style look at the crazy proceedings of this canoe trip.
One can already see why The Hangover director Todd Phillips and Danny McBride are set to develop a remake for the film, with this dark, raunchy comedy. We checked out the film during Fantastic Fest (review here) and called it hilarious, surprisingly sweet and, of course, heavy on the awkwardness. Synopsis:
