After reteaming with his cohort Simon Pegg for the final entry into their Cornetto Trilogy this past summer, Nick Frost will get his chance to lead his own project with next year’s Cuban Fury. The directorial debut of James Griffiths (Up All Night, Episodes) and written by Jon Brown (Misfits), the first trailer has now landed today for the salsa dancing comedy.
Following Frost as Bruce Garrett, a man who jumps into the dancing world to win over Rashida Jones‘ heart, he must also go toe-toe with Chris O’Dowd. Set for a U.K. release on Valentine’s Day, hopefully a word on U.S. distribution is around the corner, but one can check out the entertaining trailer below in the meantime, for the film also starring Olivia Colman, Ian McShane and Kayvan Novak.
