Sad news to report today as Jackass star Ryan Dunn was killed in a car accident, TMZ reports via Bam Margera‘s mother April. Dunn, along with an unidentified person, crashed at 3 a.m on Route 322 and New Street in West Goshen Township, less than an hour west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Their car was reportedly driving over 110mph when it crashed into the woods and caught on fire. Sources are reporting that both passengers suffered massive burns that the second person has not been identified yet. Dunn was identified through chest tattoos and facial hair.
As a member of the CKY crew, formed by the members who went on to create the Jackass franchise, Dunn recently appeared in Jackass 3-D, the massive hit that grossed $170 million worldwide. Dunn was also launching G4 TV‘s Proving Ground, a show which began airing last week, in which he was a co-host.
He tweeted a photo of him drinking with friends approximately 2.5 hours before the crash occurred. View the photo below, along with the remnants of the wreckage, provided by Eric Lewis, who was on the scene.
