The 63rd Cannes Film Festival have announced their preliminary slate today. There are still five in competition slots open to be announced at a later date, but for now this is what we will be seeing at the festival. Robin Hood kicks off the fest that runs from May 12th til the 23rd. The biggest items to note are no sign of Terrence Malick‘s Tree of Life but we do see Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu‘s Biutiful and Doug Liman‘s Fair Game. Talk about a a rise for Liman, going from Jumper to a Cannes slot, congratulations. Check out the full line-up (for now) below.
