Following yesterday’s TIFF announcement, Venice have answered with their slate, which shares some titles, including The Danish Girl, Beasts of No Nation, Remember, Spotlight, Anomalisa, and Black Mass. However, they also have a great batch of premieres, featuring Drake DoremusKristen Stewart-led Equals and Luca Guadagnino‘s highly-anticipated A Bigger Splash with Tilda Swinton and Ralph Fiennes, as well as new films from Aleksandr Sokurov, Marco Bellocchio, and more.

Out of competition we have Frederick Wiseman‘s new documentary In Jackson Heights, Martin Scorsese‘s short with Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Robert De Niro, as well as new works from Amy Berg, Noah Baumbach, Tsai Ming-liang, and Sergei Loznitsa. In the Horizons section, there’s Brady Corbet‘s Robert Pattinson-led debut The Childhood of a Leader, as well as new films from Tobias Lindholm and Dito Montiel.

With a main competition jury headed by Alfonso Cuarón and including Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Pawel Pawlikowski, Lynne Ramsay, Hou Hsiao-hsien, Elizabeth Banks, Diane Kruger, Emmanuel Carrère, and Francesco Munzi, check out the line-up below, along with new images from Equals.
