The directorial debut of The Departed screenwriter William Monahan has had a bumpy road to US distribution. Rife with problems, I still had quite some fun with London Boulevard (our review here), a flashy thriller that provides Ray Winstone his trademark delectable British gangster role. IFC Films has now released the film on VOD and in theaters next month with a new trailer popping up. Synopsis:
