With his highly-anticipated upcoming film, The Fighter, hitting theaters this winter, David O. Russell has lined up his next project, Deadline reports.
In a script written by Russell, Old St. Louis is looking to team Vince Vaughn and possibly Chloe Moretz (Let Me In, Kick-Ass) together. The film tells the story of “a traveling salesman (Vaughn) who has been an absentee father, and how his life changes when his daughter (Moretz) becomes part of his life.”
Having recently seen Spanking The Monkey and Flirting With Disaster, I’d love to see him go back into family relationships. As for his next one, we should be seeing a trailer for The Fighter soon, which stars Mark Wahlberg, Christian Bale and Amy Adams.
