If you only saw the first trailer for A Good Day To Die Hard, you may be thinking this fifth outing is simply a montage of explosions — and while the final product will likely not be too far off from that judgement, a new international trailer has arrived to introduce the main story, hot off the terrible first poster.
Set in Russia, Bruce Willis returns as John McClane to team with his son, played by Jai Courtney, to save the world. This quick peek also gives us our first, brief look at Mary Elizabeth Winstead, returning as his daughter, in what looks like a cameo role. Like the last trailer, this goes into a barrage of high-octane sequences and one can check it out below for the film starring Sebastian Koch, Yulia Snigir, Cole Hauser, Amaury Nolasco, Megalyn Echikunwoke and Anne Vyalitsyna.
Synopsis:
Since the first Die Hard in 1988, John McClane has found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, with the skills and attitude to always be the last man standing, making him enemy #1 for terrorists the world over. Now, McClane faces his greatest challenge ever, this time on an international stage, when his estranged son Jack is caught up in the daring prison escape of a rogue Russian leader, and father and son McClane must work together to keep each other alive and keep the world safe for democracy.
A Good Day To Die Hard hits theaters on February 14th, 2013.
