While there was a six-year wait between Capote and his next feature, Moneyball, thankfully things are now moving much faster for director Bennett Miller. With his baseball drama turning into a hit amongst audiences, critics and the award crowd alike, his latest film is planned to kick off shooting next month and another piece of casting has been set.

Joining Steve Carell, Mark Ruffalo and Channing Tatum in the true-life story of Foxcatcher is Sienna Miller, Deadline reports. The actress will reportedly play Nancy, wife to Ruffalo’s character, who is lined up to portray wrestler David Schultz. In the drama, Carell plays John du Pont, who was convicted of murdering Olympic wrestler Schultz in 1996, while Tatum is on board as Schultz’s brother, Mark.

It’s safe to say this is very different territory for both Tatum and Carell, who have dabbled with drama as of late, but never got in this deep. Written by E. Max Frye and Capote scribe, Dan Futterman, Miller makes yet another strong addition in one of her first major, topline Hollywood dramas in quite some time.

Funded by Annapurna Pictures, expect a late 2013 release for Foxcatcher.
