Previously going under the more auspicious title The Hand Job, the indie comedy The To Do List has finally be unvieled and we’ve got the first still, teaser and release date announcement. The directorial debut from Funny or Die writer and producer Maggie Carey follows Aubrey Plaza (who proved she can handle a lead role in this year’s Safety Not Guaranteed) as a high graduate who vows to become sexually literate before venturing to college.
With quite a great cast of Andy Samberg, Donald Glover, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Bill Hader, Connie Britton, Alia Shawkat, Johnny Simmons, Mae Whitman and even The Avengers‘ Clark Gregg, this “release date announcement video” doubles as our first teaser, packed with funny bits. Set for a Valentines Day debut, it should be great counter-programming to A Good Day to Die Hard and I wouldn’t be surprised if we see it pop up at Sundance. Check out the red band teaser below.
The To Do List hits theaters on February 14th, 2013.
