Hot button topic: terrorism. Idea for a movie: Terrorists and… a spy! On the run! So comes the first trailer for Unlocked, a new double-crossin’, guy-on-the-inside thriller from Michael Apted (who has helmed episodes of Ray Donovan and Masters of Sex, not to mention the James Bond film The World is Not Enough).
Led by Noomi Rapace, she plays aa fearless agent who, after a realization about her agency, must take matters into her own hands. Luckily, she has a friend she can trust in Orlando Bloom, as they sneak around and smash heads in the name of pure national security.
While Rapace is an incredible lead, the film will have to do a lot to stand out from a pack that is about as overcrowded as they come. See the trailer below, along with a poster and synopsis, for the film that also stars Michael Douglas, John Malkovich, and Toni Collette.
