Today brings a pair of trailer for upcoming horror sequels, one which will certainly be more disgusting than the other. First up, three years later, Sinister is getting a sequel. With the original’s director Scott Derrickson off doing a Marvel movie, Citadel’s Ciaran Foy has stepped in to helm the sequel. Following the last film’s events, this one finds our characters “in a rural house marked for death as the evil spirit of Bughuul continues to spread with frightening intensity.” Starring Shannyn Sossamon, James Ransone, Robert and Dartanian Sloan, one can check out the trailer and poster below for the film arriving on August 21st.
For those looking for a horror feature that may get more under one’s skin, there’s the first trailer for The Human Centipede Part 3 (Final Sequence). Arriving on May 22nd, it features Dieter Laser rounding up prisoners to make a 500-person magnum opus…and we’ll leave it at that. Check out both trailers below.
