Though it is due for release in February of next year, the marketing for James WatkinsThe Woman in Black has been a consistent presence since all the way back in April, when we got a look at the film’s teaser trailer. Following that was a more theatrically-oriented cut, dished out by Yahoo in mid-August. And only a week after the debut of that second trailer, a poster for the film started making the Internet rounds. So it’s hardly a surprise to see the film leaping back into the discussion, this time with the dropping of a UK trailer.

It’ll be interesting to see if the film winds up being a box-office draw, considering that it will be star Daniel Radcliffe‘s first outing since the culmination of his Harry Potter work. Jane Goldman, the film’s screenwriter, meanwhile, has been especially busy as of late — her recent credits include Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class, and The Debt. And co-starring alongside Radcliffe will be Janet McTeer, who, having been receiving raves for her supporting turn in the Glenn Close-starrer Albert Nobbs, is likely to earn a boost in notoriety during this year’s Oscar season. Check out the trailer below.
