The set of Disney’s upcoming live-action Sleeping Beauty spin-off, Maleficent has truly become a family event. With Angelina Jolie leading the project from director longtime visual effects master Robert Stromberg, we got word over the summer that our lead’s daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, will fittingly play a young Aurora alongside her mom.
Now, US Weekly chimes in that a few more of her kids wandered on set and were captured by cameras. The 8-year-old Pax and the 7-year-old Zahara will reportedly make their big-screen debuts in smaller, non-speaking parts. A source also indicated that her other kid, Shiloh, “was supposed to be in it, too, but she was bored and not in the mood during the day her part was supposed to happen, so she ended up not being in the film.” Ah, missing out on Hollywood glory due to sheer boredom — what a life.
Also starring Elle Fanning, Sharlto Copley, Juno Temple, Sam Riley, Brenton Thwaites, India Eisley, Miranda Richardson and Kenneth Cranham, one can see a photo of Jolie with her kids that will appear in the film below, along with a photo from the set from DailyMail.
Maleficent will hit theaters on March 14th, 2014.
