In just barely film-related news, behind-the-scenes footage from the set of the ’80s sitcom Alf has surfaced on the Internet recently and it is today’s Daily Distraction. The 7-minute blooper reel appears to reveal lovable alien life form Alf’s off-camera persona- a foul-mouthed curmudgeon of an extraterrestrial. He drops N-bombs, solicits sex, and acts like a drugged-out parrot with Tourette’s while mocking cast and crew members and flubbing his own lines.
YouTube user biohazardgraphics, who originally posted the clip last year, says he bought the footage on a homemade VHS tape off eBay. Enjoy both parts below:
