Once set for a release earlier this fall, a few weeks prior to its debut, the comedy Search Party mysteriously disappeared from the calendar. Now, we know when it’ll first be seen, and it’ll be far away from the United States. Set for a debut in France next week, the first trailer has now landed for the project, which marks the directorial debut of Scot Armstrong (Road Trip, The Hangover Part II, Old School).
Starring Silicon Valley leads T.J. Miller and Thomas Middleditch, the first trailer follows the former as his wedding falls to pieces and he’s stuck in a drug deal in Mexico. This first preview looks far from original, but there’s enough notable comedic talents to keep us curious.
