Although The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey was a major hit, grossing over $1 billion at the worldwide box office for WB, Peter Jackson’s return to Middle-earth left much to be desired. This December brings his next entry into the trilogy, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and we’re hoping a more worthwhile adventure is in store. Ahead of the trailer debut on Tuesday tied with Man of Steel, the studio has released our first poster, featuring Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins facing the entrance wherein our titular dragon lies.

We’ve also got first poster for The To Do List, the summer comedy starring Aubrey Plaza, following a new red band trailer. Complete with the perfect tagline, the directorial debut from Funny or Die writer and producer Maggie Carey follows Plaza as a high graduate who vows to become sexually literate before venturing to college. Check it out below for the film also starring Andy Samberg, Donald Glover, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Bill Hader, Connie Britton, Alia Shawkat, Johnny Simmons, Mae Whitman and Clark Gregg.

The To Do List arrives on July 26th, while The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug hits theaters on December 13th.
