Celebrating his 53rd birthday last month, Jean-Claude Van Damme has proven he still has what it takes to be an action hero in films such as Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning and the meta drama JCVD, but for a new commercial he performed a stunt to rival his best.
Recruited by Volvo, the actor went to Spain for a one-take, no frills stunt involving the most epic of splits. To share any more would be to ruin the fun, but the test highlighting the precision and directional stability of Volvo Dynamic Steering is pretty much better than anything we saw in The Expendables 2.
