While the last few teasers have been more or a less a non-stop barrage of action and one-liners, 20th Century Fox has now delivered what looks to be the first full-length trailer for their upcoming Valentine’s Day release, A Good Day to Die Hard. Directed by John Moore, the fifth iteration in the series sees Bruce Willis back as John McClane, teaming with his son, played by Jai Courtney.

The biggest takeaway from this look seems to be that the series is going even further into generic all-out action mode, rather than the McClane we found in the debut film. If one can go in with the mindset that this is simply yet another entry into the blockbuster genre, perhaps it will be some fun and certainly looks a step up from Moore’s bleak, horrid Max Payne adaptation. Detailing more of our villain’s mission, Courtney’s character and more, check it out below.

Synopsis:

Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, for the first time, finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack–unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover that their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.

A Good Day to Die Hard arrives on February 14th.
