“Feeling refreshed and shocked are durable signs that a comedy has delivered, but most of all, one wants laughs. As subjective as that factor may be, director Nicholas Stoller manages to deliver on all of these aspects in his latest film, Neighbors,” we said in our SXSW review. Kicking off the summer comedy season in almost exactly a month, we’ve now got two new red band trailers for the film.

As we’ve seen in previous looks, the comedy puts family man Seth Rogen against frat boy Zac Efron and in these new trailers we get a better glimpse and their back-and-forth battle as the ante keeps upping. With one coming from the U.K. and another from the U.S., check out both trailers below for the film also starring Rose Byrne, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Dave Franco, and Ike Barinholtz.
