Feeling like it’s time for a vacation yet? Perhaps that has to do with the overload of materials that have been coming in for Harmony Korine‘s latest film, and one that will easily be his most widely seen. Spring Breakers brings together James Franco, Vanessa Hudgens, Rachel Korine, Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson for what looking to be a wild ride and following last week’s red band trailer, we’ve got much more to share.
Not only has another red band trailer landed, but we’ve got an entertaining three-minute behind the scenes look at our crew and cast having a fun time on set. This one provides our first real look at Korine at work and we’ve also got the first two TV spots for the film. Check out everything below and make sure to read our glowing review from Toronto, where we said the film doesn’t indicate Korine is straying away from his odd style, rather he’s crafted a “tone poem on the emotions of youthful idiocy,” one that “penetrates the evil and melancholy lurking under pop surfaces to a point of terror and unbridled entertainment.”
Spring Breakers arrives on March 15th in limited release before going wide on the 22nd.
