Despite it being very much an American tale, the Sundance drama Ain’t Them Bodies Saints will be touring the globe this year and to gear up for release, we’ve got some new international items from the film. First up, Digital Spy have debuted a new international trailer, which is a shorter take from our theatrical version, but still provides a fantastic tease.
Then we have an international poster, as well as the U.S. one, which undergoes a title change to a version that’s much simpler (dubbed Lovers of Texas). As we said in our Sundance review, led by Rooney Mara and Casey Affleck, with his directorial break-out, David Lowery has “crafted a subdued, slow-burn drama that aches with excellent performances from its ensemble.” Check out everything below for the film also starring Ben Foster, Nate Parker, Rami Malek and Keith Carradine.
Ain’t Them Bodies Saints opens on August 23rd.
