Although he’s been a staple of modern Hollywood comedies for the last half-a-decade or so, Seth Rogen will finally get his chance at directing with This is the End. Co-helmed with his longtime writing and producing partner Evan Goldberg, the apocalyptic comedy has been riding high off buzz from test screenings, even going toe-to-toe with Man of Steel next month. Sony has now released a wealth of new media from the film, including trailers and clips from the cameo-filled project.

But before we get to that, The Wrap reports another potential film from the duo. According to the trade Sony Pictures have picked up right to SNL‘s Simon Rich‘s New York-set novel Sell Out for Rogen and Goldberg to produce. Following Rich’s encounter with his great-great-grandfather Herschel, “who was preserved in brine for 100 years after a pickle factory accident,” he confused by his Simon’s life as a “script doctor in hipster-filled Brooklyn.” While there’s no word yet if Rogen and Goldberg will do anything more than produce, one can check out the This is the End footage below.

This is the End opens on June 14th.
