With Marvel in his rearview, Edgar Wright and been collecting a number of potential feature-length projects, but in the meantime he found time to helm a music video. After a tease this past weekend, the full video has now dropped.
Gust of Wind features Pharrell Williams venturing into the woods with massive, floating Daft Punk heads alongside colorful dancers and aerialists. While the central narrative is fairly loose, fans of the director will recognize his seamless editing (detailed in an excellent video essay here). Check it out below as we await Wright’s decision on what he’ll direct next.
