Aiming to be the indie hit of the summer, after unveiling the trailer, Fox Searchlight have released a fun first poster for their comedy, The Way, Way Back. Coming from The Descendants Oscar winners Nat Faxon (Beerfest) and Jim Rash (Community‘s Dean Pelton), in our Sundance review we said that the film is a “a widely-appealing, coming-of-age tale that takes place amidst a flurry of familial problems and quirky characters” and “though this type of description has become a stigma for many a film that has premiered in Park City, Faxon and Rash are smarter than the clichés they are utilizing in this narrative.” Starring Steve Carell, Toni Collette, Allison Janney, AnnaSophia Robb, Sam Rockwell, Maya Rudolph, Amanda Peet, Rob Corddry and Liam James, check it out below via Buzzfeed.

We’ve also got the first poster for Ron Howard‘s Rush, which is clearly selling one thing and one thing only: its star. Led by Chris Hemsworth, the Formula One racing drama sees him star as James Hunt, who battles Inglourious Basterds‘s Daniel Brühl as his rival Formula One racer Niki Lauda. Check it out below for the film, which is coming in September and also stars Olivia Wilde and Christian McKay.

We’ve also got new posters for two upcoming horror movies. First, we’ve got a new international one-sheet for the Carrie remake, coming from Empire. Directed by Kimberly Peirce (Boy’s Don’t Cry) this new take on the 1976 horror classic sees Chloe Grace Moretz taking over for Sissy Spacek, while Julianne Moore slides into the role of religious mother. Check it out below, featuring our star caked in blood. Following that, we’ve got the one-sheet (via EW) for the horror anthology V/H/S/2, which sadly doesn’t live up to its predecessor according to our Sundance review.

Which of the above films are you most looking forward to?
