Back in August John Cusack tweeted he’d been cast as the iconically dark storyteller Edgar Allan Poe in James McTeigue‘s The Raven. Last month we revealed a sneak peak of Cusack in costume. Now, HuffPo has unveiled this publicity still for the upcoming psychological thriller, which is based on the author’s mysterious last days.
For me the word for this is underwhelming. This looks like a bad Photoshop job as the raven’s oddly blurred and Cusack’s head reads as too big for his body. And why is in black and white? Is this bothering anyone else?
