Today we have new images for what will hopefully be some of the most entertaining films this year, but first up is the one we’re anticipating far beyond the others. After production wrapped, Edgar Wright delivered the first official image for his pub crawl film At World’s End and now we’ve got two new stills that open up the world a bit more. Above we can see our five friends, including Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Martin Freeman, Eddie Marsan and Paddy Considine, take in some of the joys of the said pub crawl, while below Pegg looks like he’s getting into some trouble.
We’ve also got two new images from Kenneth Branagh‘s take on the Tom Clancy character Jack Ryan. Featuring Chris Pine in the lead, he’s joined by Kevin Costner, as we’re told our main character will just be a “normal guy,” but that the story will feel very modern. Lastly, we’ve got one new still of Dwayne Johnson on the run in Michael Bay’s Pain & Gain. Made up of a vibrant color palette, we’re hoping Bay’s style gels with this fascinating true story of crime. Update: Check out another still of Pegg from The World’s End via IGN, who told the outlet the film’s main theme is nostalgia.
Pain & Gain lands in April, while At World’s End arrives in October and Jack Ryan hits at the end of December.
