While one can likely find Tom Cruise checking out The Master (again) in theaters this weekend, we’ll all be able to see him come winter. After an initial trailer for Jack Reacher, Paramount has unveiled a new still, seen above, which provides our first look at female lead Rosamund Pike, along with a little cameo from Lee Child, whose book series was the basis for the film. Directed by Christopher McQuarrie (The Usual Suspects), check out the official synopsis below while we wait for a full-length trailer for this promising throwback actioner.
