After this year’s Tina Fey and Paul Rudd-led college-centered dramedy Admission fizzled at the box-office, making for one of most forgettable entries of 2013, it looks like a potential competitor has entered the ring. Switching things up, Adam Rodgers‘ indie drama was once titled Admissions, but now goes by At Middleton (riding off the coattails of a certain upcoming Frederick Wiseman documentary?) and now we’ve got the first trailer.

Following Andy Garcia and Vera Farmiga as strangers who take their children on a college tour and spark a romance, this one looks to be light fluff, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Hopefully arriving with a little more charm and heart than the aforementioned Paul Weitz-directed feature, check it out below for the film also starring Spencer Lofranco, Taissa Farmiga and Nicholas Braun,

At Middleton hits VOD and theaters on January 31st.
