After a history in theater, David E. Talbert gave us his directorial debut First Sunday half-a-decade ago and now he has returned with a new project. With the charming Paula Patton (Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol) as our lead, the romantic comedy Baggage Claim tracks her mission to find love in the air. While it’s a genre I wouldn’t flock to, the trailer is actually relatively pleasant and one can check it out below for the film also starring Derek Luke, Taye Diggs, Jill Scott, Boris Kodjoe, Trey Songz, Adam Brody, Tia Mowry, LaLa Anthony and Djimon Hounsou.

Synopsis:

Determined to get engaged before her youngest sister’s wedding, flight attendant Montana Moore (Paula Patton) finds herself with only 30 days to find Mr. Right. Using her airline connections to “accidentally” meet up with eligible ex-boyfriends and scour for potential candidates, she racks up more than 30,000 miles and countless comedic encounters, all the while searching for the perfect guy.

Baggage Claim opens on September 27th, 2013.
