With the first screenings kicking off to a positive response this week, one can confirm that Kathryn Bigelow‘s hunt for Osama bin Laden film Zero Dark Thirty is one to put firmly on your must-watch list this season and while the production and Sony’s campaign has been tight-lipped, we’re now got more insight into the film thanks to two specials from ABC.
Airing during Nightline, one special runs around two minutes and the other over five, each providing behind-the-scenes looks, new footage and interviews with Bigelow and screenwriter Mark Boal. Check them out below, with a hat tip to The Playlist.
Zero Dark Thirty lands on December 19th, before going wide on January 11th.
