Led by Jason Sudeikis and Jennifer Aniston, WB clearly was hoping for a Horrible Bosses-sized hit with this summer’s We’re the Millers and it looks like it worked for them, as the film is shaping up to gain just about the same audience. The studio is now setting their sights on a sequel to Bosses and with Sudeikis, Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jamie Foxx all returning, director Seth Gordon bowed out, but now THR has news of a replacement.

According to the trade, Sean Anders and John Morris, who penned Millers and have worked on such films as She’s Out of My League, Sex Drive, Hot Tub Time Machine, That’s My Boy and the upcoming Dumb & Dumber To, will tackle a sequel to Bosses. Anders will take the directing chair, while Morris has come aboard as a producer. There’s no word yet on the plot, but original writers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein have drafted the script with Anders and Morris rewriting. I tend to enjoy the raunchy humor of those involved, so hopefully it can prove to be some summer fun like the first installment, when it likely lands next year.

Are you looking forward to a Horrible Bosses sequel from this director?
